| Spacious residence only five minutes walk to our famous Parlee Beach , perfect for swimming and burying your feet in the soft sand or simply relaxing in the sun. Outside there is beautiful, cozy and private backyard, fire pit, propane BBQ, picnic table , and outdoor furniture. Inside you will find a bright kitchen, very well equipped with , microwave, and a kitchen table, everything you will need for your stay. Adjoining to a large living room with sofa double bed if needed , also television, cable and DVD. Complete four piece bath, washer and dryer. The upstairs has two large bedroom , master with double bed, and other bedroom other bedroom with two double beds and a single bed . All linens and towels included . You are walking distance to the marina/wharf , where you can soak up the scenery, try your luck at fishing, boat tours, restaurants, bar, boutiques, and get to know the locals. A short drive to downtown Shediac, were you will find restaurants, shopping mall, boutiques, groceries stores, fish market, etc…golf courses, biking and walking trails and much more. Close to all tourist attractions, Moncton (15 minutes), Pay de la Sagouine (Bouctouche), and Prince-Edward Island - Confederation Bridge, 30 minutes. Also close to walking and biking trails, golf, and many tourist attractions. A great place for a family to share a memorable holiday! Rented from Saturday to Saturday. No pets or smoking. | |
