The cottage is
located just two minutes drive to Aboiteau Beach and Wharf , one
of the most beautiful , sandy beach , has restaurant , washroom,
only 2 minutes drive (Owner also supply the pass for your stay) .
Enjoy spending your days taking long walks on the beach, going
swimming or relaxing in the sun. Cottage is on a private large lot,
large balcony in the front and back, with propane BBQ, dining
table , exterior furniture, beautiful backyard spending your
evening’s barbequing on the patio with the family, and afterwards
gather your chairs around the fire pit roasting marshmallow and to
finish off the day . This cottage reflects a true East Coast
feel. The large open kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals with
the family. It’s fully equipped with everything you’ll need,
including the utensils, dishwasher, microwave, adjoining to a large
dinning area , with french door leading to balcony, has two living
room , one with a 52” television, DVD, cable, and the other living
room with a 29” television with cable, and cable . Both of these
living are very nice and comfortable with leather couch and chairs
. Has a two piece bathroom downstairs. The upstairs has two large
bedroom with both two Queen size beds ,and two single beds . Also including the full four piece bath. All linens and
towels included, washer and dryer , clotheline, and also the
internet. Close to all tourist attractions: 15 minutes from Shediac,
35 minutes from Moncton for lots of shopping malls, Zoo, Magic
Mountain Water Park and Crystal Palace Amusement Park. It is also
one hour from our famous Pays de La Sagouine in Bouctouche and
Confederation Bridge Prince Edward Island. Tourist attractions
within one day excursion or less, golfing only five minutes drive,
from great seafood restaurants, fish market, groceries store, bank
, bowling , horse back riding etc..

| La plage Aboiteau et le Quai se retrouve à seulement deux minutes, le proprietaire a le passe pour la plage pour ses invitee . Ceci est une plage qui est tres populaire connue pour sont beau sable, pour se relaxer et de profiter des belles journées ce soleillées et des longue promenades sur le sable, . En plus, la plage est idéale pour la baignade! Le quaie juste a cote une chance de voir des bateau , restaurant, et marcher de poisson. Le décor est très relaxant et reflète parfaitement l’atmosphère des maritimes. Deux salon un avec la 52’ television ,sofa ,chaise, cable, et le dvd. Le deuxieme salon avon deux chaise et la 29” television, et aussi le cable . La cuisine vous fournira tout ce que vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour, y comprend la lave vaiselle, microme, et tout que vous aurez besoin adjoint a une grande sale de diner . Le deuxieme etage : comprend une sale de bain a quatre morceau . Deux grande chambre qui comprend chacun un lit queen . Trois chambre qui comprend deux avec lit queen , autre chambre avec deux lits simple . Se loue du Samedi a Samedi , endroit sans fume et animeaux . Quinze minutes de Shediac, 35 minutes de Moncton une heure du Pays de La Sagouine ou l'Île du prince Edouard du ont de la Confédération, et près .
