This cozy cottage  , private area with a nice backyard  ,  is situated  in Shediac  known to many as The Bluff-   , which boasts some of the East Coast's finest and warmest beaches very popular – Parlee Beach    were you are a short walk of 5 minutes  to enjoy beautiful sand , great for swimming, taking long walk or simply relaxing in the sun.  Has two   bedroom , including  master  bedroom with queen, and  the other bedroom with a single bed, television, satellite, dvd, and vcr,   and also a sofa  double bed if needed ,  in the living room..  Full three  piece bath including the shower.  Large opened  living room with television , cable and vcr and dvd  adjoining to a  very well  equipped kitchen, with all you wsill need for your stay , and also a  eating area .   Coming out a   back  balcony, with has a swing , with screened if needed  , with propane BBQ, table and exterior furniture  , and a fire pit to enjoy at night    . All linens and towels provided , and a clotheline, laudromat only a 4 minutes drive from the cottage, if needed .

TRAILOR  :  Will only be rented with the cottage only for an extra $200. a week , very nice and clean, has a double bed , and a single bed, electricity, fridge , and microwave, (washroom must be used inside the cottage no water set up ) .    Shediac is downtown minutes away with all it has to offer, also some great seafood restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores and much more. Also tennis courts, golfing, biking and walking trail, drive in theatre, and amusement park for kids, Pt du Chene wharf close by , where there are boat tours, restaurants, bars, seafood markets, and even try your luck at fishing on the dock were you can meet the locals at their best. Close to all tourist attractions within one day excursion or less,  Confederation Bridge and Pay La Sagouine only 45 minutes, Moncton 20 minutes. If you are looking for a great place to spend your holiday this year, with a great beaches, close to all tourist attractions, this is the place!! Rent from Saturday to Saturday. No Smoking/or Pets  .

Adjoint a une cuisine très bien équipée , table de diner et la tout vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour. Sortant à un balcon, une balancoir  entourer pour  moustiquaires , ou vous pouvez aussi enlever ,   avec le BBQ de propane, et les meubles exterieur ,  et un puit de feux   pour ces soiree special en famille.
